H2Hub is one of Singapore’s largest mid-range watch retailer with over 10 retail stores islandwide. Their marketing was mainly traditional with physical POS, in-store displays, physical banners, flyers, print media and in 2016 they launched their e-commerce site but was not very successful even after trying more than 10 different digital ad agencies
H2 Hub had over 7,000 kinds of watches from 30 over brands. We reverse engineered the persona behind each brand they were carrying. Then created very specific and targeted ads that spoke to the core of every prospective customer. Combined with the ad framework that we’ve created, we broke records within our first 3 months together.

With the CMO of H2 Hub being well versed and knowledgable in digital marketing. We were able to gain quick access to their ads manager dashboard to analyse their advertising strategy and how well or bad they were doing during our discovery call.
Through our discovery call with H2Hub, we found out that they were making a loss with a ROAS of 0.99.
That means that for every $1 that they put into advertising, they lost $0.01.
On top of that, their product cost ranges from as little as $50 to as much as $500. This means that they are losing even more money when they choose to advertise each time.
