This eCommerce based business begin in 2016 and was doing well like many other small jewellery businesses by starting with pop-up stores and going to flea markets to display their goods and showcase their brand. However, in 2020 when the pandemic hit, there were lesser flea markets and pop-up store opportunities. Eventually, revenue started to slow down.

We then made sure to capture that same value throughout all the ads as well as reverse engineering the ideal customer to create an ad that resonated deeply with SOAMI’s ideal customers.
